Why is the BOTS app not ​available in my country? 

Unfortunatly, due to legal reasons, the BOTS app is not available in all countries. BOTS is actively working on expensions.

When can I stop a bot?

You can stop any bot at any given time, there is no minimum or maximum running time for a bot. To stop a bot, go to your bot -> manage bot -> Stop this bot. The bot starts to sell your assets automatically and the funds will be added to your account soon after.

Where are my assets stored?

When you deposit your assets, they are stored in a custiodian account. When you start a bot, your assets are traded and stored on exchanges (Binance and Kraken).
